Evaluation of insurable value of co-ownership

As an affiliated member of the Regroupement des Gestionnaires et Copropriétaires du Québec (RCGQ), Evaluation Intégrale is very involved in the field. 

As you already know, Law 141 provides for an assessment to establish the cost of rebuilding all co-ownerships located in Quebec every 5 years. We are very familiar with the regulations and we have the skills and experience required to answer all your questions in this regard. 

As indicated in the first paragraph of article 1073: Only a member of the order of approved appraisers can take responsibility for evaluating the amount of reconstruction value subscribed by the union of co-owners in their insurance amount. (Decree 442-2020 of the Civil Code of Quebec, dated April 8, 2020)

When applicable, we also offer the possibility of calculating the cost for the entire horizontal union. Our fees can then be substantially reduced if you have several buildings to evaluate.
